I’m Sierra, a degree qualified naturopath with a focus on women’s health and an approach centred on inclusive, collaborative, and achievable care.
I work from the understanding that health is complex and influenced by many factors, and meaningful change needs to fit within the context of your everyday life. Rather than rigid protocols, I focus on practical strategies that work within your capacity and can be sustained over time.
I support people with complex or ongoing health concerns, particularly those who have felt unheard, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of trial and error. Many of the people I work with are balancing busy lives or chronic symptoms and are looking for care that feels considered, respectful, and manageable.
My practice is evidence-based and grounded in clinical reasoning. I draw on current research alongside naturopathic principles, using nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support in a way that is individualised and flexible. Education and shared decision-making are central to my work, so you understand what we’re doing and why.
I take a stepwise approach to care, focusing on small, meaningful changes that build steady and sustainable progress. If you’re looking for women’s health care that works with your capacity and your life as it is now, my approach may be a good fit.
Health that is collaborative, realistic, and fits within your capacity.
I have a particular interest in supporting people with:
• Endometriosis
• PCOS
• PMS & PMDD
• Fertility and preconception care
• Postpartum support
• Eczema
• Mood and anxiety support
Although these are areas of particular interest, I work holistically and support clients across a wide range of health concerns.
